THE 6-WEEK ARC

Six weekly private 1:1 sessions (60 minutes each) with Christine.

Self-authoring prompts sent between sessions to keep the work moving.

Bounded voice note support: two voice notes per week, up to five minutes each. Christine responds once per week by voice note or written response.

The Self-Authored Shift Roadmap: a written framework for navigating your specific transition.

Private intake + pre-work so Christine arrives to your first session already knowing where the work lives.

Language for the exact decision, conversation, boundary, ask, or visible move you are working toward.

A 30-day continuation plan at the close of Week 6 so the momentum doesn't stop when the container does.

What this is not: Unlimited access. Emergency support. Business execution. Therapy. A review of everything you are doing. The container has a clear structure and clear boundaries — because that’s what produces results.
